This Week I'm Featuring the SATURN '63 by Eastwood!!!!



The Saturn '63 comes in three colors; sunburst, natural, and black. It has a chrome bound, laminated maple body with a bolt on bound maple neck, rosewood fingerboard and dot markers. The Saturn '63 has two vintage ceramic single coil pickups, 3-way switching, 4-way tone, 3-way p/u selector, master volume, and optional XLR out. It also has a Vintage Mosrite Style Adjustable Roller Bridge, Tremolo Tail and Gotoh Nickel/Chrome hardware.


Here's some history on the Saturn '63 from the Eastwood website:

Perhaps the most successful guitar from German manufacturer - HOPF – it was originally produced in 1963. Featuring metal piping for binding on
the body and f-holes, the distinctive look landed the guitar in an
advertisement for the famous Star Club in Hamburg. In 1992, it was
featured with Robert Smith in The CURE video, FRIDAY I'M IN LOVE.


This is a great guitar with a really cool look and feel! It's big, shiny, and sounds amazing!! I love the chrome binding around the body and F-hole. It's that little bit of trim that really makes this guitar stand out. Good times!
